I haven’t followed Francis minutely, but seems he’s turned everything on its head from liturgy to sacraments. Ecumenical, but with _what_ is Francis promoting a closer alliance and understanding? The only way I can understand it is the past and present do not refer to the current heads of DOJ, FBI or State. The past does. And present refers to black hats still in those agencies. Since Q has said specifically to trust Wray and Sessions, and I do anyway by my own readings, and Pompeo also seems like a good many for State.
