Some time ago, George Webb had an interview with a very self assured arrogant member of the SES. That person said it didn’t matter what crime they had done, what evidence existed, they were untouchable and couldn’t be fired.

If I understand things correctly, the original creation of SES is an EO. Trump can get rid of it w/one of his own. It is now, since zer0, running off a regulation. Whatever agency is onvolved, if it now has a new Director, that regulation can be erased or changed.
