I think both. She is much older than her years (as is Slick-—have you seen him? He is TRUMP’S age!!!) Cankles likely has some neuro-degenerative disease, most think Parkinson’s. But she’s also much older than her years. She’s never exercised at all-—that’s all flab.
You’d think with cankles like that she could support the Petronas Towers, but she’s a really weak woman.
