That kind of addresses one of my questions. Can “they” control people that we wouldn’t suspect capable of a shooting; the answer is “yes.” It seems they have chosen thus far to “use” people we would think capable of snapping - but that seems like cya. Sounds like they COULD use people we don’t think they could use.
That’s my understanding of it. What I read in various places is that there are quite a few people who can be triggered when it suits them.

Seems the people would try everything and go anywhere and could not get away from it. Drove them crazy.

Agreed. It probably depends on the degree, quality, intensity of “programming” ... and ... how in sync or aligned with that person’s prior values and ‘bent’ the programming was.

Not only are they susceptible to being controlled, they are also made to act crazy so they are also suspected. A lot of these kids were known to “act crazy” for quite a while. What if they were being driven to act that way.
This way it’s no surprise when they do it. It makes it harder to believe that some nefarious intelligence organization is causing people to go on mass shootings. From a moral perspective it’s one of the evilest things I can think of.
