They do read them. In the case of taking the case to IG Horowitz he isn't compromised even know he was appointed by Obama. Horowitz is a person simply trying to do his job and has been stonewalled all through Obama's administration from doing it.

IF Q is part of the organizing effort to keep the people apprised while encouraging them to do their own due diligence, why would Kelly shut it down? And, does he have the authority to do so? If Q is Army Intel, odds are he has equal rank to Kelly and they both answer up the chain.
It all gives me a headache. The backwards clock and the adding up of dates/timestamp digits and the rest of future proves past, especially. Future proves past=time will tell. Well, yeah. So, I may as well wait it out and see if the future proves the past once it’s the present.
