Ahhhh. Yeah. But brains aren't mature until 25-30 years old.

And what with all the Attachment Disorder so rife these days, they are brain damaged for life in two main areas anyway--the areas responsible for managing emotions and for managing relationships.

Is it possible for brains to develop faster based on
circumstances?

I keep thinking of the boys in the 30’s or whenever
who ended up the man of the house and were able
to work hard and take care of their moms and sibs.
