If I understand Dr. Corsi correctly, he is NOT saying that it is true.
It is just rumors, allegations that are out there.
Why bring it up?
That is sorta like bringing up “oh, yeh. We are rumored to have bases on Mars” type thing.
It is like it is important to someone that we begin thinking about this.
He's thrown that set of stuff at the teams he works with to see what they can ferret out.
I think that's a good strategy--somewhat like FR collaborating during the Impeach Klintoon years.
