Not easy but the only way. There are Trolls everywhere in life that enjoy mixing it up.
And if you comment DONT COMMENT TO THEM. Their name should NEVER be in your To: field.
If you do you are enabling the Troll.
I endeavor to avoid commenting directly to them. I still fail at that far too often. Sigh.
