Yep, you are correct about the Podesta brother. However, I doubt he's at GITMO. Laying low for sure, but GITMO? I don't think so. His brother and legal team would be screaming.

I doubt they’d be screaming if they were told that if rumors leaked out attributable to them, saying what they were told not to say—that then, they’d be immediately behind bars, too.
