What happens if a gangster student uses the door jam to keep people out while he/she rapes and kills? Who will be responsible for that?

I agree with your comment on training. However, this guy pulled the fire alarm, which by training and drills had students file into the hallway then out to a designated place to have roll called and reported. Thus, leading his victims right to him - kinda like a shooting booth. One last thing, is it me or did none of the news organizations make a mention that it was Ash Wednesday, but all of them mentioned that it was Valentines Day.
