You are very right, I think. And bears watching and dealing with. I think he's in the employ of the bigger fish. They have been and will continue to use him to go after the Donald on a NY state level, as he has jurisdiction over The Donald's NY enterprises.
I think you are right that he’s a smaller fish - but so are McCabe, Comey and many of the others!.... but remember, HE is one that started the Deep State Ball rolling with respect to Donald Trump’s good name and reputation - which is highly valued by him - with that attack on his Trump University! He entered the race with that as a black eye he had to deal with right up front.
