His mission was to expose NSA surveillance to the public, and generate so much outrage in Congress that the NSA would be disbanded, and the CIA would have even more power"

This statement tells me Qanon isn't what he claims to be.
It should be well know the CIA and NSA work together as a team.
To claim otherwise is dishonest.

Yes and no.

That's like saying that the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy work together as a team.

Yes and no.

Every chance they get they emphasize their uniqueness and try to out-do the other service. In some cases, they treat them as an enemy.

ALL organizations prefer their own kind and their own group. And, Americans are fairly intense competitors. When it comes to getting a piece of the hog trough of Federal funding, the competition is even more fierce.

I wouldn't trust either organization further than I could throw them. However, I'd trust the CIA least and I consider it least patriotic.

So you think that the NSA, CIA worked together to keep Trump out of office? And failed? Who was left to support Trump? It’s not “well known” that the CIA and NSA works together - in fact I’d say it was well known that the military, and military intelligence (NSA) are supporting Trump and the CIA isn’t. Trump made that clear at his inauguration by having the military literally stand beside him. CIA wasn’t there beside him.

I’m sorry Steve, but you could not be more wrong. We will just have to agree to disagree on this one.

To my knowledge the NSA is not running drugs or involved in overthrowing other governments.

From all I have read and heard, the CIA is.

If I understand correctly the NSA is spying on everyone, which apparently included the CIA.

I don’t believe the CIA liked that. Their whole organization is very murky and I believe criminal.
