At any rate, in the context of this thread, I was just opining that "keystone" is a reference to the Federal Reserve / Treasury.

And yep, money comes from thin air. Nothing wrong with that in principle, as long as the creation and destruction is done in proportion to the needs of commerce, and the "money market" is transparent to the public.

It was ambiguous, and there are myriad ways one could take your "unconstitutional." It could refer to fiat paper in general, or to farming out, or to debt-based money-supply. No matter. We are in complete agreement with regard to the bigger picture.

For the benefit of other readers, I thought repetition of my speculation "keystone = FedReserve" might be helpful, and adding that FedReserve is a private bank.

I'm not "certain" of anything regarding this. Real? Fake? I really don't know or care. It is, most certainly, intriguing and entertaining.
All I'm doing is questioning why somebody took the action they did.

If one looks objectively at the President’s tweets vis-a-vis Q’s bread crumbs, it becomes clear that both communicate in a brain teaser format, which is intended to motivate the reader into a deeper level of thought and contemplate what is going on under the surface. One example is POTUS’s tweet stating how he never could figure out how Obozo was able to move billions of dollars of foreign currency on pallets overseas and no one seemed to give a damn. No questions, no hearings, no curious MSM on what was clearly a first of its kind, shockingly illegal, secret pay out with pallets of money. To make it more fungible, Obozo even had U.S. dollars converted into various foreign currency denominations. There was also some talk that the pallets went out on three planes with only one going to Iran.
