So no new actually research but a survey of past cherry-picked studies that promote this groups viewpoint.

Well, my evidence is anecdotal, but since I switched to a lifestyle of high protein & saturated animal fats I have observed the following changes in my body:

A loss of over 70 lbs, a drop in blood sugar from the mid 300’s to the low 100’s, my psoraisis is almost non-existent and my joint pain that made it impossible to climb stairs has diminished to the point that I can now run up stairs.

I will continue with my current high fat diet.

It isn't just doctors and researchers there are many a food Nazi with there own study view, 'research' who will gladly beat you to death with their personal theories of a healthy diet.

As for me I will continue my seefood diet.

I did the same. High protein diet with lots of veggies on the side. I eat lean red meat at almost every meal. I lost 50 lbs, my skin cleared up, I have massive energy and my muscle tone looks like I pump iron but I haven’t been to a gym in years. My blood pressure is perfect and always get great numbers on my blood work. My testosterone has also spiked to that of a 25 year old man, and I’m 45. Needless to say, the wife is happy.
