Agreed. And for negligence, what about the FBI and police that had more than ample reason to know this guy was a problem waiting to happen? What about any family members? Did they ignore and cover it up? That is where the negligence sits. And, yes, if you declare a gun-free zone, you own delivery of it.
IMHO, the FBI is falling all over itself on this one. They had the culprit ...but, following Obama’s, Holder’s, Lynch’s orders, they just simply fell asleep at the wheel, and let this evil, insane, left-wing, Democrat, murderer slip out of their hands.
