I believe the SOS hackings of the voter databases were Georgia, Indiana and ?Texas? Jeh Johnson’s project.
Given the dearth of evidence we have now, I'm going to take an approach that any SOS hacking and voting irregularities are independent - basically that illicit federal activity against the SOS in one state does not mean that state had any more or any less voting irregularity.
whereby several million of illegal, non-resident ballots (the "irregularities") were counted,California encourages voting fraud by illegals, and is the most likely source of "millions" of them. Virginia and Florida, maybe Texas, rank high on my "suspect" list.
Anyway, my point is that Jeh Johnosn and cohorts are not the only bad actors in faking elections in the US.
INdiana went for Obamas in 08. At the time of the primary I witnessed from across the room our IT, county clerk and voter chair examining a lone voting machine in corner. That fall as we were preparing for election our clerk informed us we had new voting machines, that the S of State Rokati (who is now running for Senator) had decertified old machines He had written a 200+ paper why (our county was on page 223). Obama didn’t win that election

There were others. Remember watching VA flip late the night of election 2012 when NOrthern county came in. There is no way O won those elections fairly. I believe H was so confident she didn’t have to even campaign because she thought they were in the bag.
Know DJT were told about the machine because I relayed the story to a man who has been his friend for over 40 years early in the primary. He assured me the campaign knew and were on top of the issue
There were more than one machine that could be manipulated.
