Could Switzerland be the Keystone?
Interesting theory.
My working thoughts in progess:
Earlier today I considered that IRS may be the keystone. A keystone holds two sides together. Remove the keystone and the two sides collapse. If everyone stopped "donating" to IRS what would collapse?
Switzerland is neutral just like a keystone. A keystone doesn't lean more either way, it's in the center... neutral.
