Police reveal they were called out 39 TIMES to his family home before his mother died last year.
He told authorities that voices in his head told him how to carry out the shooting.
According to his legal team he suffers from autism, depression and has other significant psychological problems.
Police were called to his family's home in Parkland, Fl. 39 times since 2010.
Cruz's adoptive mother died in November from pneumonia and the father died years before of a heart attack.
He also said he had 'trouble with a girl' and he believed the timing of the attack, carried out on Valentine's Day, wasn't a coincidence.
Lynda and her husband, who died of a heart attack several years ago, adopted Cruz and his biological brother, Zachary, after the couple moved from Long Island in New York to Broward County. Cruz was an infant when he was adopted.
It's unclear if he was adopted from the U.S. or aboard. Adopted children from abroad sometimes have issues adjusting due to neglect in their orphanages, especially children from Russia.

Classified Documents show the CIA had success with mind control in some individuals. Getting people to remotely do a programmed task without any memory or care.
Such experiments were clearly illegal and most documents were destroyed but a handful of files were mislabeled and accidentally released to the public.

What sort of techniques are used to access the stored memory? I find this subject rather fascinating. I do know that some believe that even the actual birthing experience itself, if traumatic in some way, will imprint negatively upon the newborn, even though they obviously don’t have the cognitive ability to understand what’s going on.

Traditionally, depth psychology techniques are used. They fall into many categories but almost exclusively work with talk therapy.
I use a totally different technique where I bypass all the critical senses and thus the influence of the critical mind bias by going directly to the stored memory.
I wouldd take what you have posted with “a grain of salt”.
I have to give you the benefit of the doubt. This is the stuff of both conspiracy theories and “CTCAM” shows.
The Russian reference seems just to be thrown in there, but maybe it is based on a guess using the fellow’s name. The stereotype of Russian orphanages is based on the Communist mass production concept that one size fits all. There are lots of kids, few caretakers, little or no individual attention.
Read the article and there is no reference to any religious influence in the young man’s life. Never been exposed to the concept of loving God above all things and loving your neighbor as yourself.
Why is it so far fetched for intelligence services to research hypnotism / mindcontrol? Hypnotism and drug-induced therapy is professionally used to alter the subconscious mind for many medical issues. I would be shocked if we didn’t explore it as a weapon.

Far more than people realize, and in many different ways.
I can tell if the mother was angry at the father, or if the father was not present during the pregnancy due to military service or other influences.
I’ve worked with many lesbians, and at least 50 % of them the mother was angry at the father during pregnancy to the point that when I touch the memory in the now adult child it knocks them off their feet.
I refer to these transfers of emotion as “Intergenerational Transfers of Trauma.” Anxiety of the mother is often transferred and does not manifest until the daughter is pregnant herself. I’ve observed this in three generations of Mother/Daughter transfers in one family.
Another big one is if the father wants a boy and the child in the womb is a girl. The child in the womb knows that and senses the rejection.
Every situation is unique to the facts and circumstances of the specific situation.
I’ve done a fair amount of work with teenagers who were foreign adoptions as babies. The parental rejection at adoption begins to really manifest during the teen years, usually in negative behavioral problems.
Unlike therapists who need to talk about the unresolved issues, I just take hold of the emotional trauma and assist the person to remove it in a few minutes, usually through prayer and forgiveness.

I have worked with older women in England and Germany who experienced these events as young children. Many of the men feared that their wives would get killed working in the factories during the war so they kept them pregnant and at home. The trauma was rough on the children and carried through their entire life.
