Q, Anons, I’ve been following these drops since day one, but this is the first I’m hearing of this “Behold a Pale Horse” book from 1991, by Bill Cooper. It actually describes clowns planning to use school shootings as a way to disarm the citizenry.
This looks legit to me, astonishing as the quotes are. What say you all?

I like Art Bell, too. I don’t believe much of it, though.
Some may be aware ... It is possible with technology ... to put voices inside a head--as though 'the voice of God.'
Not sure from what distance. But I assume a module under the floor or maybe even on a light pole outside the house or maybe via a smart phone??? may well suffice. Any techy folks up on such technology?
Therefore, TPTB could monitor the right aged and troubled students by various means and select from vulnerable students--those most apt to be yield to such 'voice in the head' technology. Then, over some time seed suggestions via such 'voices in the head' into the troubled student while sleeping or awake ... and sooner or later trigger acting out by the same means or wait for a life event to trigger the student off.
I vaguely recall that Bill Cooper was ambushed and killed by the Feds around 15 years ago or so. There was quite a stink about it within militia channels.
