Apparently it’s the largest portion of our immune system, which at first seems odd. Probiotic bacteria feed on the insoluble fiber in our diet (the fiber are ‘pre-biotics’) and they spin off molecules that are a major part of our immune system. Doesn’t exactly sound like the ‘paleo diet’ would do your immune system much good...

As I understand ‘Paleo’, the diet includes fruits (???)

A lot of people judge low-carb diets by their induction phases. But you don’t/aren’t expected to live on that forever.

I have been able to reduce my GERD med since taking probiotics. Yogurt, kefir and the like may be a better form, but I have been very happy since taking Enzymatic Therapy’s Pearls.
