I like your interpretation, except for "War engine " providing "Protection". A war engine wouldn't provide protection, would it? Well maybe to NK, but not to us!

T cells are terror cells but who is getting Payoffs? Iran? For what? NK? We just gave em a nuke and icbm tech. And payoffs too?
