Not “who”, rather “where.” The cammera is higher than the top of the plane body. At least 30 feet in the air. Most likely on a pole. A fixed camera, airfield monitoring 24/7, one of probably a bunch. Video feed available in tower, backup tower, and various security stations. Multiple watchers always.

That said, can you clue us into the mystery lol?

Agreed, the planes are going to, or from, the airport gates.

My Guess, these are planes stacked up waiting for clearance to takeoff.

These could be two planes heading to neighbouring gates (??). I think the Controllers would spread them out so they do not bump each other while parking
