I think that is the 787 version of Air Force One. President Trump has used that one a few times lately.
Air traffic is shut down when POTUS is arriving or leaving any airport. Trump has been using AF2, a 757. Picture is not of Trumps plane. I think traffic is shut down for at least an hour, as well as airspace around AF1 or AF2.
