If she was arrested, I would think that the media would cover the arrest and go after the DOJ and the prosecutor.
And I see no prosecutor who would want to prosecute her.
If you were conducting a sweeping law enforcement operation requiring time to go after all the players then would you want the public/media to know about it every step of the way. That's a contradiction. Would the MSM even want to tell the public about it? They don’t even tell you what they do know.
Wait. If I'm reading your post correctly, you first imply that you wouldn't want to alert the media. Then you imply that if the media was informed, that they wouldn't tell the public about the arrest, anyway. That's a contradiction.
If Huma was arrested, Huma's Clinton paid for lawyer wouldn't keep it quiet and the media wouldn't keep it quiet. They'd scream about the "unfair", "heavy handed", "unconstitutional", "tyrannical", arrest of poor Huma Abedin, by the "dictator", Donald Trump.
There's a long track record of the Clinton media doing that.
Do you know of any evidence documenting that Huma was NOT arrested; and/or is not wearing a GPS ankle bracelet?
