When youre within reach of your goal and your organization has gotten large enough to do the work itself or to take over the contractor and maybe put your own man in charge, doesnt the that contractors present CEO become a potential liability especially if you arent the only customer?
MI would have made UBL talk. They would have found out who the VPs were and made them talk. Someone would have eventually found the evidence for the contracts and who was paying for them.
Some Clowns dont want to have to get stuffed back into the clown car and the rest are being ordered by congressmen to keep quiet. UBL needs to be kept silent because again, why risk all of that when you can just do the work yourself?
