The Tropicana video turned up empty. Though it does look like the Saudi Arabia Security Services which is a private military company that guards the royal family was there that night. Which likely means someone was there but I haven't found out who.
Unfortunately, I did not bookmark the source, and I don’t recall it either. I just use duck duck go and then read through a bunch of stuff. Then I only remember about 10%.
