To: TEXOKIE

You must have had a wonderful childhood with exposure to a wide range of literature. The earliest book I can remember, other than the Little Golden Books still on the shelf over there, was Lamb’s Tales of Shakespeare. That and the Bobbsey Twins, of course. Bless mothers who expose us to so much beauty. They make adulthood so much more fun. Oh, mother would have enjoyed Q SO much!

Mom read to us, and we LOVED Winnie the Pooh, The Secret Garden, Dr Seuss, and so many more! I also did a lot of my own reading as well.

I was indeed blesst.
