Red October may refer to what’s discussed above - i.e. THE STING. BDT = train incident? Above post from yesterday official ousted and Dem’s (Schumer) blocking replacement. Less than 10 seems to refer to the 10 previously mentioned and suggests there are now less than 10, whether that means taken out, taken down, flipped TBD
