Mistaken? I think you’re too kind. Looks to me like a flat-out lie. And when FR spreads these kinds of deceptions, it does a disservice to the cause of conseervatism.

Sorry, but this is really not that much of an issue.
The issue is what was, and what was not presented to the Court by the DOJ/FBI cabal in the applications for the warrants, not the Judges. FISA Court itself is very nonpolitical.
Had I received the applications that I surmise the Court received, with no mention of Trump, I probably would have granted the applications.
Keep the enemy list short and very well-focused, and concentrate on them, because there is another 80% coming!!!

Hard to respect judges after all this. Judges in Hawaii and California are making POLITICAL rulings to circumvent law, FISA is a full blown partisan hack group, and the federerales and in banana republic mode.
I think we’re all disappointed with Sessions, but Trump was having a heckuva time getting appointments through and most of us thought Sessions with his experience as Alabama AG would do great. I still hold out hope but he seems to have a case of the slooows as President Lincoln put it about McClellan.
She dismissed the Paula Jones lawsuit.....that alone should tell us which side of the bed she sleeps on.
