So folks, what did you do instead of watch the Super Bowl?

So what did you do? If you had a moment of weakness and watched the game, you can also confess here.

My family? We ordered Out Back takeout and relaxed at home. Since we have never watched “Ash Versus Evil Dead” we started binge watching Season 1. It’s a hoot and the actor (Bruce Campbell) who plays the lead character bears an uncanny resemblance to Mitt Romney.

My wife and I enjoyed it. I wouldn’t rate it a classic, maybe 3 out of 4 stars, but worth seeing.

I worked....some people had tv's on but basically I just did my job...my husband at home DID NOT watch at all, and he had plenty of opportunity...

its really a freeing experience when you can cut out several hrs of tv a week and not feel bad one bit...

we have a terrific womens college bb team we follow and that allows us lots of socialization along with great games...

Gave the cat a bath and pedicure.

Were you able to drive yourself to the emergency room afterward, or did someone else drive you?

“Played “Postcards Across America” with the family, got the kids to bed, picked up 9 bushels of leftover bread from Panera (for charity delivery tomorrow), and am listening to a Pink Floyd “Pulse” live concert recording while enjoying a shot of tequila.”

That sounds like a nice full day!!

I’m taped the sheetrock in our hallway and put in bullnose corners, did some sanding and my oldest and I took our dogs to the beach.

“....watched Highway Thru Hell...”.

Me, too. I was impressed with the heavy duty power of those bull dozers.

I agree, I won’t eat at an Outback even if dinner was paid by someone else. I’ve been to at least a dozen around the country, food and service consistently bad. Never go back.

I read.
It’s what I normally do.
Haven’t owned a television since March of ‘95.
I like football okay when I play it, but not much at all just to watch unless it’s snowing so hard the players can hardly see.

Great game. American sporting competition at its finest, and
I won 5 bucks off my boss.

That sounds cool.

Eagles have come to the SF Bay Area. There’s a pair nesting over in Milpitas by a school. I joined the Facebook group for the Milpitas eagles today and enjoyed all the photos. Planning to get a spotting scope and head over there soon.

Thinking about heading up to Klamath soon — there are 1,100 eagles there.

I watched the game w my sweetheart. Great Sunday afternoon and dinner.

The coach and the quarterback gave glory to God at the end of the game. Held his baby daughter while accepting the award.

(Just the halftime show was boring to us. )

They all played well. Good game.

I’m not a Democrat so I readily gave applause where it was due.

Catching up on dvr recordings (in this case, BBCA Planet Earth series, total of 5 episodes); got a good pizza deal; checking Free Republic from time to time.

Shouting and occasional firework outside (north Wilmington, DE. Philly Eagles country). That’s when I knew the game’s over.
