Event:
A train collided a group of individuals, which voluntarily chose to remain on the track despite being informed of certain peril. As a result, a few individuals made impact with the train, track, and surrounding environment - in solid and liquid forms.
Mitigation:
Run the trains at normal speeds, followed by a disinfection of both train and track. In addition to discouraging future trackway lubrication events, it would also lessen the environmental impact made by service interruptions.
