My daughter's an ER nurse also. When she finishes a 12-hour graveyard shift, she kinda looks like that too. :-)
Hahahahaha...I am married to an RN who used to work in the ICU night shifts, I recognize the look on that face all too well.
I called it “The Ten Cup of Coffee Look”...:)
