Well,around here,& I had supposed everywhere else,they make it illegal to go through with a crossing arm down,even with no train in sight. My hope is that someone from the railroad is charged with a crime since there was a death as a result of malfunction.....IF this is what actually happened.

Hmm, the images don't appear for me, maybe they do on Chrome, but not on Firefox, had that problem before. I will ask for original link.

Right out of the gate, there appears a glaring issue.

The business, TIME DISPOSAL, has a registered address, which is listed to two different Time Disposal companies, however, both appear to be INACTIVE as of 1/31/2018

Whenever I go through any railroad crossing I take my foot off the gas and check both ways. I never assume the safety equipment is going to work.
