They do when the rest of the satellite burns up on reentry. Pressure tanks tend to be made of materials that resist burning up and survive the trip into atmosphere.

Alec Baldwin played a character whose last name was Schweity that was invited on the show to discuss his famous Schweity Chrismas "Rum ball" recipe.
One of the funnest damn Skits I've ever seen.

LOX and LOH tanks are usually high grade stainless or nickel based alloys. High temp resistance as well as structural stability at low temps. That being said don’t crack them open.. Blobs, Green Slime, or decepticons oh my.
