She wasn't kicked out for breastfeeding without a cover, she was asked to leave because she refused follow the owners request that she not expose herself to other customers.

Somehow I don't believe the act that protects breastfeeding allows the woman to let it all hang out in public.

The law states: If the woman acts in a discreet and modest manner, a woman may breastfeed her child in any location, public or private, where the woman and child are otherwise authorized to be.
