It’ll be interesting to see how far up this ladder the prosecutors go

Mr. Condrey is awaiting sentencing, according to the Justice Department.

Condrey is the co-president that has already pleaded guilty. I suspect that his sentence will be dependent upon how a good and cooperative a witness he turns out to be in upcoming trials.

It’s only a matter if time. They started at the tail end and work up to the head.

The cynical might view this behavior as high level trade, a diplomatically useful form of cooperation and communication.

Condrey plead guilty in late 2015. Two and a half years and no sentence yet? Somethin’ ain’t right.

This is an unusually brief article from Sundance, where he doesn’t do much if anything to tie this new indictment to the overall Uranium One scandal, even though there does appear to be potential overlap. My guess is he’s investigating that now, but it’s still unusual that he wouldn’t try to make some sort of correlation, so it must not be that apparent.

This is big news that the media has hardly touched. I grew up with Mark. Graduated high school with him. I’m curious to see how this turns out. Other sources I’m seeing indicate his wife Tatiana is involved, as is hr brother and family business in Russia.

Thanks for posting. Can you share those other sources you mentioned? This case appeared completely dead even after Schweitzer’s book Clinton Cash, but picked back up steam when John Solomon reported about the “FBI Informant” a few months ago. Unfortunately we’ve heard little since. Thanks again!
