Yup. A ‘’fanny’’ is what we call a woman’s, well, you know the front end(below the waist) and a ‘’twat’’ is a woman’s rear end. To ‘’knock someone up’’ is to go around to their ‘’flat’’(apartment) and pay them a visit.
