Oh, yeah.

When I have time I’ll boil off about half the water to reduce the broth and concentrate the flavor.

THEN I’ll add the onions.

FYI: The best onions in the world are from Haun Packing in Weiser, Idaho.

These are the same onions that OreIda uses for making onion rings for the commercial market.
