IIRC, Criminal incarceration short of treason does not cancel your retirement benefits.
It does not stop your benefits or pension. Usually when someone is covicted of Criminal Misconduct the Prosecution insists they waive their pension. In the current case we will be lucky if anyone is ever charged.
