So the FBI can set up a perjury trap with a private citizen who is trying to cooperate, and later charge them with a violation of 18 USC 1001, false statements, in essence a process crime; But a senior FBI official and agent can go before congress, and in their official capacity as an employee and servant of this nation, provide congress with misleading and false testimony and they walk?
