I am sure that G-d is very angry about their attempt to force their religion on the dead, who cannot resist. Fortunately, they are working with empty shells, while the actual soul has gone on to its reward. So, they are merely necrophiliacs. Really really sick people.

from what i understand of their beliefs, baptism is an earthly ordinance; meaning that as Christ [a perfect, sinless being] was baptized by John the Baptist, then it is a requirement that mere mortals also be baptized while on earth. those who died without being baptized then are baptized by those who remain on earth who serve as their proxy. those who are dead for whom this baptism was done are not in any way required or forced to accept this baptism. mormons are strong believers in free will.
