Planted gourds and garlic.. we planted two fruit trees about two months ago. It’s very dry, 43 days with no rain, ground frozen but warms up to mid-40s. So I’m freezing water in plastic containers and putting large ice cubes around the trees to water them.
It’s pretty dry here too, but we aren’t watering anything. Summer is the only time we do that. Once we have freezing temps we don’t water again till spring.
