and why wouldn’t market forces (aka competition) keep that from happening?
I have choices. If one carrier raises their rates too high another carrier will move in or a new one will pop up and undercut them. That’s the way every other business works.
I live near Chicago and have a grand total of two carriers to choose from. Some people only have one. How many do you have?
