They should have Jeff Sessions deliver a letter to the Committee and Rosenstein ordering Rosenstein to answer all questions, regardless if the matter is under investigation.
This crap Wray used “can’t comment; its under investigation” has to stop. Congress is an equal branch under the Constitution; they deserve to have answers; damn the bogus investigation.

Wrong, the Chairman completely bludgeoned Rosenstein in his opening statement, bringing up Strzok, Ohr, and asking for second special counsel to investigate the DOJ.
