My Siberian husky would have loved it. She was always so happy and enjoyed a good joke. Wow, was she smart. Miss her so much even after all these years. She was my best friend and went everywhere with me. She was about six months old and didn’t have a single tooth when she was dumped in our neighborhood. She was scared of leashes and guns so who knows what misery her life had been.

Seriously grabbing a tissue.

Ahhh don’t cry. I know that feeling though. My cattle dog, Mollie is my heart dog. If I were to put antlers on her right now, she would give me a look that says, “really human of mine, really?” I adopted her in 2007 and she’s been my loyal companion and the best dog I’ve ever had. I recently adopted a coonhound, knowing that her time is coming (she’s 13-14ish) and that young boy (he’s 2 1/2) is keeping her on her toes. I won’t be able to bear her loss, but it will be “easier” with this handful of coonhound who makes me laugh every day.
