He gets credit for watching what he’s saying and not setting himself up for more accusations.
If he claimed that he knew why they were doing it, the onus would be on him to prove it and they’d whine about being victimized yet again by him, knowing all the while that they are lying.
Wise move on his part.
And FWIW, everyone basically knows it’s a set up to take him down.
As a lawyer and judge, he knows a loose mouth will cause problems when it comes time to go to court.
He's denied that what they are alleging didn't happen and has stayed with that strategy.
It will be up to the accusers to "prove" something that happened 40 years ago. No evidence, no witnesses, statue of limitations, etc. Good luck with that.
And what does the Senate ethics committee think they're going to do without evidence, without witnesses or anything concrete to go after him with after four decades?
As usual, the liberal, the GOP establishment and the MSM, think they hold the high moral ground against Moore in this case.
When it is Moore who has the higher moral ground than his accusers and their fixers do.
