The updated version of the story seems to be that someone in the military ordered the marines to “buzz” CIA HQ as a show of force. Apparently rogue elements within the CIA are continuing to support elements aligned with ISIS, thus essentially the CIA is coming against our own troops.

This is from Hal Turner, a former FBI asset later imprisoned by the Obama administration. The Internet is working hard to discredit him, but his bio is worth reading. I believe him.
