“... widely debunked conspiracy THEORY...” That Hillary sold uranium to the Russians.
Having lived in Europe off and on since 2000 has provided me ample opportunities to cross back and forth across Germanys Autobahn.
One of my favorite memories was driving Volvo Vice-Chairman Sven Eckersteins personal XC70 from Gothenburg to Venice and back over two weeks. Covered Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Italy and France.
Sven had had the car gone through with a higher boost wastegate on the turbo, ported head, performance exhaust, etc. With luggage and four people in the car, I would run easily with the big guys. Where it was not too crowded on the unlimited speed sections, I would go for miles at 240 kph. Top end in that car was probably 265-275 kph.
Would still have to keep an eye on the rear view mirror.
Too bad the roads are getting so busy-it can be white knuckle time closing in on an old Trabant or Seat bobbing down the highway.
People actually know what they are doing there, unlike in the US.
The Judge should know that 119 mph driving is only tolerated in Miami.
“Pirro was pulled over by state troopers in the Town of Nichols after she was clocked driving 119 mph in a 65 mph zone.”
Temporary insanity?
What else?
It will be entertaining to see if she addresses this on her next show. She seems pretty straightforward, it could be funny.
I guess I’m really lucky. My wife called me at work to let me know her mom was about to die one day in 1990. I made it to the hospice in twenty-two minutes. Carson, California to Hemet. I know I was doing some outrageous speeds. I really did want to talk to her before she died. She had stage four cancer.
Another time in ‘99 I was on the five in So. Cal. on my way to San Diego. Lost in thought, not paying attention to how fast I was going until I saw a CHP in my rearview mirror. I looked at the speedo, AW STUFF!!! Same as Jeanine Pirro I was doing 119 mph. The Chippy went past me as though I was standing still. Had something else to do. I thanked the good Lord, and dropped my speed to 75, and stayed there the rest of the trip. .
OK.
At those speeds she could have killed some one else, (or herself)
I do not think she fully understands the seriousness of what she did.

Back in ‘79 I was one of Ron Capps’ freshman football
coaches....cute little guy who became funny car beast of
the NHRA.
Wow, it’s often a small world here on FR. Thanks for sharing that.
Although I’m not familiar with who he is or was, that is one outrageous car. Don’t think I ever saw a GTO Judge funny car before. And I was somewhat of a drag racing fan at the time, having grown up in the 60s and 70s. Made many plastic model cars of dragsters, street rods, and customs. That was one of my main passions as a kid, in addition to chasing after girls. Car looks great with the stretched out front.
If you’re looking to replace the passenger side Headlight Door on your GTO, there you go.
As opposed to the put upon minority saying "Man, they jus' pulled me over for drivin' while black" and "I din' do nuffin!"
Capps races under NAPA sponsorship on the
Don Schumacher team. Google Ron Capps NHRA video.
Good guy w/large drag racing fan base.
Thanks. Will do. :)
Yeah - and a couple weeks ago, at 10:30 at night, I was at a light that didn’t change for at least 7 minutes - so I looked and there wasn’t another car in sight so I “ran” it. Come and get me ... coppers.
