If they have been under water since last Wednesday then there is a very slim chance they could still be alive. Unlike nuclear subs, conventional subs like this one don't have air scrubbers to remove the carbon monoxide. After five days their air should be pretty well used up.

Have to find them first. Then a couple of days to get the recovery gear in place. Time is not in their favor.
