Looking back at your time as a manager, if you didn’t have the issue of federal non-discrimination law hanging over you, would you hire women?
Good question. Right candidate for the right position I absolutely would and have. I am careful to not let the concentration of them get to dense. Some of my best salespersons were woman. During the 90’s I had one that was the best closer I have ever seen. She was a wonder to watch work. Good people are very hard to find, I will suffer some pain but not let it get anywhere like my room full was.
